The staff was exceptional. The room we stayed in had a good view of Michigan Avenue. The room was not overally big, but it was fine for crashing after site-seeing and shopping. I would stay here again because of the location and definitely because of the staff.

the accommodation had a very central location easy to get to many points of interest in the downtown area. moreover, it was so close to the airports as well as all chicago attractions, very friendly staff and amazing shower. greatly enjoyed recently refurbished and decent sized double room on floors 25, wouldn't mind staying there all day.

The displays of guitars/bass guitars and the live music in the bar.
Volume of the music in the lobby area was a bit loud.

Breakfeast cost was high in cost, we found other areas of downtown that offered a better cost saving for breakfest

Location
Too expensive, had to pay for parking on top of the room fee. Way too noisy during night from all the traffic outside and inside

We had an amazing time enjoying the rooftop bar and dining at the onsite restaurant, both of which were fantastic! There’s a great pool where we relaxed after a long day, and the gym was a perfect bonus for keeping our routine. Just a heads up, the traffic noise outside can be a bit loud at night, but it didn’t ruin our overall experience. 😊

The staff were most accommodating from the moment we stepped through the door - met with a cold drink and offerred to contact them at any time. each of the staff we had dealings with went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. our room was great, clean and the bed very comfortable. All in all a very pleasant stay in a god location.
